benefit. It was a great thing to do when Parkview entered into a
new market niche as Managing Partner for four Condo Hotels.
It lowered the overhead costs and increased bottom line revenue by
enforcing the rule of survival: 'Sell-Sell-Sell'.
The Condo-Hotel's concept might bring multiple owners to the
table, however, the cost of running them is also reduced
dramatically.
